Extra cost conditions and prices
When activating the option Charge a supplementary cost for solving printing problems, you allow the staff to work on your submitted document in case of printing problems. When difficulties are encountered for printing some documents, one or several trials need to be performed with the printer before getting the expected result. Those tests consume paper and ink and occupy the staff on one request while other documents can be pending in the queue.
The ULB Informatics Department will therefore ask an additional charge for covering the expenses associated to the additional work required to print problematic documents. Besides the additional cost for the paper and ink used for the tests, a charge of 5 euro per 15 minute will be added to the final cost.
In case of printing problem with the option Charge a supplementary cost for solving printing problems not activated, an email will be sent by the staff to report such problem and the document won't be printed. See the Terms of use document for more details.
