How to recharge the print account for VUB users

When submitting a print request, you can select to consume print credits from your personal account or from a WebPlot group, if defined. Upon printing completion, the selected print credits source will be charged with the amount corresponding to your print selection (paper type, format, etc.). Once reaching null or negative print credtits, you won't be able to submit print requests anymore from that source of print credits.
There are several ways to refill your personal account or a WebPlot group which are described in this document.
For specific documentation about WebPlot groups, please read the How to manage WebPlot groups documentation page.

Using VUB internal payments

Send a signed internal payment request form (not via RACSweb!) as an attachment in an e-mail to helpdesk@vub.be with Settle print credit debt as the subject line.
In the body of the e-mail you should mention the following:

  • The amount to settle
  • The NetID or the group name to which the amount should be added
  • Central ICT's PKC as beneficiary
For more information about WebPlot groups, see the WebPlot groups for VUB users documentation page.

Contact
  • For problems settling print credit debt, please contact helpdesk@vub.be
  • For problems with the posters themselves, or with payment, contact support@ulb.be (in English)

Refilling by bank transfer

You can refill your print credits via a bank transfer.
The beneficiary account is BE05 0012 1222 6275. The BIC code is GEBABEBB and the address is :
Université Libre de Bruxelles
Av. F.D. Roosevelt 50
1050 Brussels
To specify the NetID that needs to receive the print credits, you can either write in the communication line "NetID = <your NetID>", or use a structured communication that will correspond to your NetID :
To know your personal structured communication, please login to the web site and check this section again.
If you encounter a problem with the structured communication, please specify the NetID in the communication line.
We strongly recommend that you keep the proof of payment (keep a PDF version for instance) that you can provide to the ULB support line via support@ulb.ac.be for accelerating the print credits encoding or for resolving any issue related to the payment.
